Protectowire has recently implemented a new shipment tracking system for domestic shipments. Every time an order is placed, the customer receives notice of the shipment and is provided with the shipping date and a unique tracking number. This information is sent to the customer via email, along with a tracking hyperlink, in order to see where the order is in the shipment process.
Protectowire’s own Steve Loughlin describes the system as being helpful in terms of saving time and increasing efficiency. In addition to the confirmation of shipment and the ability to track the order, customers will be notified if there are any delays in the shipment process. Though this system is currently in place for domestic shipments only, we hope to make it possible for international orders in the future.
